Unworn and sealed
Unworn pieces in their original sealed packaging can come back within 14 days of delivery. Send us your order number and we will confirm before you post anything.
Worn or unsealed
Anything worn or removed from its sealed packaging cannot come back. Jewellery that has been through a piercing cannot be resold safely, and we will not resell it to someone else. That includes pieces that turned out to be the wrong size — use the fit finder, or ask us, before ordering.
Always returnable
Regardless of the above: if a piece is faulty, damaged in transit, not what you ordered, or does not match the material, gauge, length or finish we stated, it comes back worn or not. Email your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it, including return postage. You choose which.
