We answer within one working day, Sunday to Thursday.

If you are asking about sizing, tell us three things and we can usually answer in one reply: which piercing, roughly how old it is, and anything your piercer told you about gauge or length. Without those we can only guess, and guessing is the thing we are trying to remove.

If you have not already, the fit finder answers most sizing questions on its own.

If it is about an order, send the order number and we will pull it up.

If something arrived faulty or damaged, a photo saves a round trip. We will sort it either way.

One thing we cannot do: tell you whether a piercing is healed. We are not able to see it, and a piercer can. If it is sore, swollen or not settling, that is a conversation for them, not for us.
